We here at MommaPlay support, celebrate and encourage laughter in all areas of mommyhood. In a world that talks about stretch marks during pregnancy, mommy "wars" between stay at home and "working" outside the home, and the need for balance we triple dog dare all mommas to relinquish labels that confine and explore NEW ways to step into the adventures of parenting.

Instead of guilt, we focus on laughter as a means to get through some messy moments.

  • You will find numerous articles, experts and support here. No judgments allowed here- just open dialogues on how to move forward into a joyful, free and TRULY balanced way of being.
  • Leave your "to do" lists at the door and get ready to play.
PS... remember that you are enough as is. there is nothing to fix, improve or feel regret on. Our children are seeking a new way of role models- and this is a responsibility that is JOYful and ours to create.
PSS... remember to laugh at your self at least once a day. this reduces not only stress and the perfectionism dis-ease we have learned, but reminds your kids that no matter what....we always have laughter. it is free and our divine right.
