We here at MommaPlay support, celebrate and encourage laughter in all areas of mommyhood. We recognize the uniqueness of each family, each child and their sacred agreement with us as parents. We encourage everyone to step away from the cultural expectations, family agendas and recognize YOUR way of parenting, to trust your intuition in the parenting space. We invite everyone to approach parenting from the space of joy and play. So let's relinquish labels that confine and explore NEW ways to step into the adventures of parenting.

Instead of guilt, we focus on laughter as a means to get through some messy moments.

  • Instead of seeking for answers outside of yourself, we teach about your inner wisdom and intuition.
  • No judgments allowed here- just open dialogues on how to move forward into a joyful, free and TRULY balanced way of being.
  • Leave your "to do" lists at the door and get ready to play.
PS... your children chose you just the way you are, they want you and your information how to parent them, how to nurture their path and how teach them about the world around. There is nothing to fix, there is no need to be more that you already are. Say hello to yourself and enjoy the adventures of parenting.

enjoy and celebrate,

Playfully,
Irina McGrath,
Founder and Creator of MommaPlay!
