We have two natures, we have a physical nature and we have a spiritual nature. Recognizing both natures in ourselves, also in our children, will make a huge shift in your parenting space. Here at MommaPlay, we recognize both and we teach how to parent from ease, joy using your own intuition and information as a parent.

As spiritual beings in a physical body, each of us has information on how to be a parent and how to nurture our children, and we are also given countless bits of information and advice from sources outside of ourselves, including parents, friends, and communities. We often subjugate our own judgment to the “expertise” of those in the medical field, family and friends, denying our own instincts and viewing our children through a “developmental milestone” lens.
At MommaPlay we teach how to look at all of this information, identify it, and then find our own truth as a parent. It is about finding your certainty as a parent and trusting your parental instincts and intuition.

Instead of "how to's" we intend to empower you to make choices from your own AMAZING inner teacher.
